Shipping Policy
Dispatch times: All orders are dispatched within 5 business days. Shipping times are then as listed below.
UK Shipping Costs:
Royal Mail 48 Tracked £2.95 + VAT for the first item, plus £0.70 + VAT per extra item. (Up to a maximum of £8 + VAT). This is a tracked service. Delivery is estimated 2-3 working days from dispatch.
Royal Mail 24 Tracked £3.50 + VAT for the first item, plus £0.70 + VAT per extra item. (Up to a maximum of £9 + VAT). This is a tracked service. Delivery is estimated 1-2 working days from dispatch.
Europe Shipping Costs:
Royal Mail European Tracked £7.95 + VAT for the first item, plus £1 + VAT per extra item. This is a tracked service. Delivery is estimated 3-5 working days from dispatch.
Rest of World Shipping Costs:
Royal Mail International Tracked £9.30 + VAT for the first item, plus £2 + VAT per extra item. This is a tracked service. Delivery is estimated 5-7 working days from dispatch.
International Shipping
All Two Fifteen orders are delivered using Royal Mail. Using Royal Mail to deliver our parcels allows us to offer delivery to over 230 countries and territories around the world.
During checkout you will be able to choose between tracked or untracked international delivery. For full visibility of where your order is up to and when it will arrive with your customer we would always advise to choose tracked international postage.
Multiple Orders
For orders with multiple items we charge a small additional premium for each additional item of £0.70
Eg. An order going to the UK with 2 items would be £2.95 + £0.70.
Order Tracking
All parcels sent by Two Fifteen within the UK can be fully tracked. This provides updates from the parcel leaving Two Fifteen to arriving with your customer.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Three Legged Cat Apparel. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your package. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
Please note that items must be in their original condition with tags attached in order to be eligible for a return or exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged or defective. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.
